As a Certified Professional Coach and Transformational Embodiment Facilitator, my methodology is rooted in self-awareness and the mind-body connection.
Through personalized 1:1 coaching sessions, we’ll tap into all the facets of your being – the physical, energetic, emotional, spiritual, and mental components that shape who you are, your habits, thoughts, and choices.
